Okay, I’ve got a whole lot of randomness to unload today.
First things first. Yes, exactly. Well, almost exactly. I’ll be wearing ears in my happily ever after. And as an aside, thanks to all of you that recommended DLR Prep School for our Disneyland trip planning. She’s fabulous!
While I’m on the most magical of subjects, if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know I’m all the heart eyes for the new Kate Spade Minnie line launching in March. Hello, birthday month. You just got a lot more fun. And expensive. :-)
Ok, do y’all remember the child that made this AMAZING Harry Potter themed cereal box?
Well, it’s the same one that made this smeared, rushed and completely uncaring box for his Valentine’s. Just as he was starting he looks at me and asks “Do I get graded on this?” When he learned the answer was no, he was done in less than two minutes. I must admit that I often wished the people I work with could be so discerning about how they spend their time… and waste mine.
Also on the Valentine front, this is my favorite candy of all holidays all year long. Mmmmmmm…. I have bags stashed everywhere. The car, work, the kitchen, the bottom of my purse. If you plan to try them (and I know some of you already love them as much as I do), do NOT make the first timer mistake of picking up the cherry hearts. Oh, and don’t you love that they are “Fat Free”. HAHA. That obvs means they are “healthy”.
Princess Race weekend commences in less than a week. Wahoooooo! I’ve got my pink kicks ready to go.
And I did a little 10k last week just to make sure I could. I walked the whole thing but was REALLY happy with my pace.
In addition to my new pink sneaks, I ordered a whole box of shoes with bows on them from Macy’s. I ordered enough to ship them for free and return shipping is always free. I couldn’t decide between these two so ended up keeping them both. The left is by INC and the right is by Guess.
Does this happen to anyone else every.single.time. you get to the store for a week’s worth of groceries?????????? I mean, every single time. I can barely fit the groceries as it is and then all this stuff is already back there. And here I was telling a friend last week that I thought my next car would be a sedan. HA!
I’ve been slowly working Elsa up to my standard 3 mile walk. She made it the whole loop on Monday and was absolutely pooped.
I’ll have to admit, it was a nice change from her usual antics…
She’ll hate me for sharing this, but she’s really just a little rat when wet. Look how skinny minnie.
To close, I’ll leave you with something that makes me laugh. bwahahahahaha.

OMG that is always me with our SUV too! I forget the double stroller is back there and with that there is NO room for anything else, so I just pack the groceries in around the kids :)

I agree, the bow sandals are adorable. Elsa is just too cute with her little blanket. I had no idea Kate Spade was doing a Minnie line…incredible. My favorite candy is coming up…no one else really likes it though. At least not very many. Easter is the only time I can find whole bags of black jelly beans…the ones everyone else avoids.

Hi Amanda, Check with your vet about the long walks for your precious Elsa. We have a Golden Retriever and our vet disapproves of long hikes and runs – serious joint problems down the road. (pun intended)
Yes, I did!! I was eager to start walking her early on and she said to build up to longer walks. She recommended 3 30-min walks per day. Yikes! I told her I could commit to one 45 min walk a day and then the kids play with her in the yard in addition. When she was younger we started with 10 minute walks and she would literally lay down in the street when she was done :-)
