Six Flags to End the Summer

Every fall, Coke partners with Six Flags to open the park only to employees and their guests.  It’s such a fun night – it’s not toooo hot, the lines are short and the park is full of people we know.  We’ve attended this event for 15 out of my 18 years at Coke, only missing the ones where I was too pregnant to enjoy the rides.  We’ve almost come full circle in our touring plan… before kids, Honey and I stayed till midnight enjoying the big coasters.  And, after a long stint in the Toon Town kiddie area, we’re finally making our way back to the coasters.  Yippee!!!!!

I think this officially ends the Summer of 2016 for us.  Y’all know how we love our bucket lists around here… well, the littles tackled all but three on theirs!

  1. What fun pics! My boys love Six Flags. ME…I’d rather sit sipping a diet coke with lime?

I have to share…when my youngest was 4 (now almost 23) he would tell the servers in restaurants he wanted red pop. They thought he meant cherry coke and we would have to explain no just coca cola…it comes in a red can at home.

Enjoy those littles…love being the mom of boys but they grow up really fast. MY oldest recently married (we love her so much) and in grad school and our youngest now in grad school…all out of state.
