Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween, y’all!  We kicked off our day with donuts for breakfast.  You know, because I didn’t feel like the littles would consume enough sugar.

I organized the baby’s class party and helped out with John’s afterwards.  Both were so much fun!  After school the littles’ played hard in the yard, Honey came home early and, before we knew it, it was time for the big event.  I let the littles pick out anything they wanted at the costume store this year.  It felt so good to just let it go.  And, they were SO excited.

First we hit up the block party on JuJu’s street.  They had shots of icing from the local cookie company.  Hello….  how fantastic!!!!

After that we headed to our usual event.  We’ve been trick or treating with this crew for 5 years running!

At one house they had a fire pit going and gave the trick or treaters skewers to roast a marshmallow.  They loved it!!

Honey and I did a reprise of Jack and Sally.

It was such a fun day and night all around.  I DO love the holiday season!
