I hope that ALL of you had a happy Thanksgiving – full of family, friends and FOOD. We celebrated with Honey’s family Wednesday night. His family is full of good cooks, so it is always something to look forward to. We saw Santa just before and my battery died there so no pics to show from dinner :-( Today we had a very, very casual and lighthearted date with friends in the neighborhood starting with bloody mary’s and a kickball game…
… and then we wrapped up the afternoon with a fried turkey.
Wanting to make the most of our pot of boiling oil, we also made potato chips and donuts – both of which were SO good!
It was a really nice celebration – both days of it.
On today and every day, I am so incredibly thankful for my family, my babies, our friends and all of the blessings in our life.
