We haven’t been in a place where I could put together a fantastically funny April Fools celebration for the littles and I hate that! Regardless, some of our favorite family dinners have revolved around this oft forgotten holiday so I wanted to share a few ideas to help YOU celebrate at home this year.
Silly Supper Sideshow
A FUN dinner like you’ve never had before. Order course by course and just see what happens! Link includes free printable menu, course selections and guide.
Mickey’s Mixed Up Meal
A Disney-fied take on the Silly Supper Sideshow! Perfect before a Disney trip or to announce your Disney trip.
The UnBirthday Party
Cupcakes for dinner and meatloaf for dessert?! This was the party that started it all. Menu and recipes included in the link.
These all take time to pull together but April first is on a Saturday this year so what better time to do it?!
Now, I am currently seeking any suggestions for an (age appropriate) April Fools Day prank, trick or idea that can be done on the road. Help a girl out!!

DIXIE DELIGHTS DELIVERED
Some of my girl friends from my Georgia Baptist days are coming to our little house in NoGa for the weekend. I have already told them NO APRIL FOOLs jokes at the risk of being expelled from the house.lol
Haha! Old friends are SO good at knowing just how to get you. I can’t wait to hear if you have to expel anyone :-)
Your Silly Supper Sideshow is my favorite!
I have no ideas (since I depend on you for that, lol) but I can’t wait to see what you come up with! xo
ha! I’ll bet you’ve got some good boy ideas in that brain of yours :-)
What fun ideas… besides Christmas, April Fools day is one of my boys most favorite days of the year. We short sheet their beds and toothpaste in Oreos. Once we put blue food coloring in their toothpaste but we won’t be repeating that one for obvious reasons. I look forward to all of your posts and great ideas
GREAT ideas!! I might bring some toothpaste oreos on spring break. SO FUNNY!
