Yeah…haven't been able to get him out of that shirt since his Mimi bought it for him :-). The shirtless pic was because he spilled his drink on Mike and laid it out to dry. Lol

Ahh, Johnny Mercer, perhaps Savannah's most famous resident. Well, there's Jim Williams too but we won't open up that nasty little scandal. :) Love love your pictures. The first picture of your baby is just beautiful. Definitely frame-able. I have a soft spot for Savannah too. Deep family ties.

Yes, we love Savannah, GA so much it's our daughter's middle name. Can't go wrong with a trip to historic Savannah and a little R&R on Tybee Island. Count me in for supporting Paula too:)
First, these photos are just beautiful. You make me tong to visit that area. I realize that you are a Savannah lady at heart. I also imagine that Atlanta is certainly large in scope and it would be difficult to know everyone. However, I have to ask what your thoughts are (if you've seen the show) regarding "Pretty Wicked Moms" which is said to be based on ladies that reside in the Atlanta area. One of the main ladies featured owns the boutique Swank.

Coming from Chicago, I can say that it's rare to see a show that depicts my Chicago experience. Though, as a side note, I'll say Bonnie Hunt and Vince Vaughn (who both hail from Chicago) do remind me a lot of the Chicago hometown vibe. So, it may be very similar for you – or you just may know a lot of people who remind you of the ladies too…just curious. :)
This is an interesting question :-). I find the show to be hysterical and it's pretty much my only summer must see. Honey has been friends with Miranda's husband since the beginning of time. I've met her casually a few times and she seems lovely and fun and cute and to be an amazing mother and just someone I'd want to be friends with in real life. I'm not so sure that this comes across on the show. As for the other gals…hmmm…they are definitely good for a great laugh. I can't figure out how much they put on for the show and how much is real. As far as being representative of Atlanta, I can only offer that they are collectively NOT representative of any group of moms that I spend time with. Of course, I can't imagine I'd survive 5 minutes in their company :-). The one I really don't get is Meredith – why a cute normal girl (seemingly) would sign on to be the poor ugly duckling project character is beyond me. Just my opinion!!
Thanks for the reply. Apologies for the typos! That's pretty interesting that you know Miranda. I do see that she comes across as likable. With any "reality" show and its editing and match up of personalities/situations, I am certain that not everything is at it appears – with extremes being the main focus. I get a kick out of components of each of the ladies. I think I find the "divorcee" the most interesting though. Though I can't relate personally, I think she seems like an interesting person to explore. I also think Nicole is simply stunning and very likely much brighter than she lets on. Thanks for the insight. :)
