If you recall, last year we had the pleasure of touring the Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House while vacationing at Rosemary Beach. Well, this year Sister found another show house tucked back on one of the quieter streets of Rosemary. And while the exterior landscaping wasn’t quite finished, the inside sure was.
We loved the chandelier that looked to have been made of clear fishing floats and the twin tables in the long foyer.
The kitchen was open to the dining and living rooms and was also well appointed. Love the sunburst mirror and the twin chandeliers over the island.
I really liked the corals on the wall behind the dining table. This would be easy to replicate!
The living space was a little too white and a tad to modern overall for my taste. But hey, I’d take a beach house with pretty much any decor and not complain :-)
The three bedrooms were all similar in luxurious linens and serene whites. I loved the upholstered headboard and detail on those bedside tables.
There was a full bath on the main level as well.
The loft at the top of the stairs was set up with a large sectional and TV. I loved the planked walls.
The master bedroom was done in linens and whites, like the guest room on the main floor.
But the master bath stole the show! I die at that tub. And tile. And sconce. And on and on…. I wish the mirrors had been up!
The laundry room reminded me of the laundry that I loved in the HGTV Dream Home, with it’s two large floating shelves. I definitely think I’ll go this route when we do our laundry room next year. Probably definitely :-)
Another guest room done in linen and white. I loved the sconces over the bed with the white corals.
The bath was also nice. I wish I had a picture of the tile work in the shower as it was quite lovely.
Between the loft space and the bathroom, there was a place for four additional bunks that wasn’t quite finished.
And upstairs was another gorgeous attic space bunk room a la the one we all know and love from last year’s Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House in Rosemary Beach. I loved that this one had a window.
A nice bath space and generous closet were also up in the attic. I suppose you’d definitely need that if you were sleeping six up here!
Last but not least, the back yard featured a beautiful saltwater pool. Yes, please!
It was free to tour the house but it is only open Thursdays-Saturdays (and maybe Sundays?) from 12-4pm.
There’s not much Sister, Mother and I love more than poking around a gorgeous house!
As for the rest of our day, we headed over to Seaside for shopping and dinner at Great Southern and then wrapped up the evening back in Rosemary with ice cream at Sugar Shak.
Such silly boys…

How absolutely gorgeous!!!!!
The home AND the family pics!
XOXOX
Lovely home, thanks for the tour. Loving the stove, tub and the bunk room area with the bird wallpaper. Sounds like you had a lovely vacation.
Beautiful home. I would need a bit more color as well. Love the bunk room!!!
I love that last pic of the boys……….so happy and carefree!
We just love the area on 30A and are going down next week for the sixth time this year! Love the Rosemary Beach area too. Thanks for the tour
Thanks for sharing the tour! Such a beautiful home! I agree that it was a little too white and modern, but still gorgeous!
Gorgeous! So peaceful. And while I'm fairly certain my honey would say no ;-), I'm in love with the bird wallpaper!
Great inspiration for tone on tone design. Thanks for sharing. And I love Whit & Jay's crab tees….so precious! Did your Mother make them? If so, she outt did herself!!

Thank you :-) she made those and came with practically a week's worth of outfits for the littlest 3!
Aww, the boys look like they are having a great time! Beautiful beach house although I would need a bit more color. But like you said – it's a beach house so you really can't complain!

I am your follower who is 38 and just diagnosed with breast cancer, and we are at Grayton Beach this week! We decided to go ahead with an already planned vacation before my next chemo treatment Monday. It has been so therapeutic for us all! Don't you love Seaside? Beautiful!!!!!
Can I be honest here? I am so not a fan of all white on white. I just don't get it! But I do have to say that that tub was beyond;)
Wow I usually love show houses, but I found this one very sterile feeling. I adore white as well but the modern elements mixed with the whites left me feeling cold. I have been to Rosemary beach many times and this would not be typical of overall residential concept. But thanks for sharing the pictures.
W…CLC – My heart goes out to you. You seem to have such a positive attitude and the beach does help ease the mind and soul. xo
You were in my old stomping ground! I love the home in Rosemary beach and this one is lovely…especially the pool. Great Southern is a favorite and has the best Gouda Cheese grits. Thanks for sharing at the Open House party.
