Gobble, Gobble + A Winner

I was so so so beyond excited when I came home to find this darling turkey hanging on my door.  I may or may not have shrieked with delight right there in my driveway.  It’s by Glory Haus and just couldn’t be any cuter!

I promptly moved him to the front door for the rest of the month.  It’s about time Thanksgiving got a little love around these parts. Y’all know how I tend to hop straight from jack o’ lanterns to trees.

Thank you, bestie S.  You sure know how to make a gal’s day.  (And you’d better call me like you promised last week.  Nothing like being shamed on the world wide web.)

  1. I started blogging this summer because a good friend turned me onto your blog. We adore all that you do and think you are so talented. Today's post moved me to tears reading about Matthew. My heart goes out to you and your family during this time of remembrance. Your children are adorable, your family precious and you are without a doubt an inspiration to mother's everywhere.

  2. Love the turkey!! I just ordered a Christmas stocking with a Big G on it for my front door this season. I was getting kind of tired of wreaths and wanted something different. After reading your story of why you decorate for Christmas early, knowing you have John and Whit almost brings tears to my eyes too. I hope you and your family have a blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
