Splish Splash

Sister and I were beyond excited to take little CeeCee over to bestie M’s pool for a sun drenched summer morning!! It’s one of the loveliest backyards I’ve ever had the pleasure of relaxing in. Lucky for me and my fam, the owners are some of our bestest besties.

Sweet girl was absolutely darling in her Beaufort Bonnet Company swim wear. I knew I had to treat her to the St. Lucia swim suit the second I laid eyes on it. Sister says it’s her favorite one piece because it actually snaps between the legs! Details, ladies.

If you know bestie M, you’ll know that she adores little ones and her home is pretty much the most amazing place you could ever spend a day. Imagine a land where lollipops and home made sno cones are free flowing and every doll, dress up costume, art supply, board game and sports equipment is there for the playing. Yeah, that’s where she lives :-)

I had to get the No Jumping sign in one of our pics because we were there last summer on the day that necessitated such an addition.

The Callie Cover Up is reversible to pink seersucker and is just perfection after a long day in the sun. CeeCee will definitely get at least another year out of it! The Pippa Petal hat very well might be the cutest beach hat I’ve ever seen with it’s seersucker bow and monogram.

CeeCee couldn’t believe her eyes when bestie M carried out the little puppy. She was in total disbelief that “Elsa” had made her way over to the house as well. LOL.

I think Sister needs to get one of these pups STAT! I mean, look at that smile… A HUGE thank you goes out to bestie M for having us over!!!

Oh, and it’s also The Beaufort Bonnet Company’s birthday today as well!!! Happy, happy day to what might very well be the most adorable company of all time!
xoxo

  1. What a cutie! We saw a little one wearing a Beaufort Bonnet at Chilis after church yesterday. Of course I had to stop and tell the mama how cute her darling girlie looked!! And be sure and keep on that bestie's good side, she is a keeper!!

  2. Oh Amanda! She is just too adorable. I saw her pic on your instagram account, but the full post is filled with so many cute photos of her. I so wish I had a little girl to dress up in those adorable little outfits. Just. over. the. top. cuteness.

  3. There is so many darling things about this post. The beautiful Beaufort Bonnet products, your friend's lovely pool, the adorable doggie, your beautiful niece and your talented photography skills. I especially love the last picture. It captures such joy. Now I just need a new granddaughter to buy a Beaufort Bonnet for since I'm pretty sure my 18 and 8 year old granddaughters will probably not go for it. Thanks for sharing.

  4. I just want to pinch her precious cheeks…….what a doll! And M's backyard is truly gorgeous. So sweet of her to share it. Love, Marme

  5. Such a cute swimsuit! I know you are just loving buying little girly clothes for your sweet niece. I think the fact that it buttons between the legs is key. Why don't more designers think of the practical aspects??? Anyways, she is a doll and you are so sweet.

  6. My husband always said thanks be to God above for giving us 2 fabulous sons, because we would have gone broke if I had any little girls to buy for!! I would absolutely spoil your niece rotten, just like you do!! But,now that my oldest is married,I can always pray for a sweet granddaughter…My husband is already getting nervous!!!! Hope you and the family have a lovely week.Hugs,Elaine

    1. Elaine, my husband always says that it's a good thing we had two girls. He insists I would have had boys wearing smocked jon jons to their college graduations! Now I have a granddaughter to spoil with gorgeous clothes. That's the most fun, ever!!!

  7. She (and her bathing suit) are so adorable! My niece is 20 now and I miss the days when I could dress her up. At 14 and 8, my boys want to wear t-shirts and basketball shorts all the time.

  8. Cee Cee should be the face of The Beaufort Bonnet Company! She is model perfect in all their products. I hadn't a clue that even toy puppies could wear such adorable bonnets.

I also would like to play at your Bestie's home. Any place filled with fun toys, arts and crafts, and pretend puppies is a place I want to visit often.

  9. The bonnet! The silky, golden hair! The pink…the toes…the bows…the pose! I can't take it! Prince George is only a year behind, right?! Perfect. ;-) What a little doll and her lollipop is green. Hmmmm…surely you weren't thinking Lilly! Bravo!
