Tour of Tennessee {A Family Road Trip}

Y’all are going to be virtually hitting the road tomorrow with the kick off of our Spring Break Tour of Tennessee!!!

We spent eight nights on the road traveling all across the Volunteer State… caving in Chattanooga, riding the coasters in Dollywood, marveling at the views from the Sun Sphere in Knoxville, line dancing in Nashville and touring Graceland in Memphis.  With the help of YOU and in collaboration with three out of the four cities we visited, our itinerary hit the highlights of Tennessee and was truly one of the best trips we’ve ever taken!

Part 3 – Dollywood + Dixie Stampede
Part 4 – Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort

  1. Your tour of Tennessee looked SO SO FUN as I followed along on Instagram! Can’t wait to see all of the details! xo

  2. Hey Amanda,

    Sounds like your family had a great time touring TN! I too loved Dollywood and was so impressed with all the shows and entertainment the park offered.

    FYI…Nashville is the capital of TN not Knoxville. Just thought I would mention that before all your TN readers jumped on you. HAHA!

    1. Oh my goodness!! There is clearly more to learn about Tennessee. Thank you for correcting me!!!!

  3. We absolutely LOVE Memphis and are considering going again with the sole purpose of eating at every BBQ place we come across. I know everyone says you have to eat at Rendezvous, but I much prefer the side of the road, out in the middle of nowhere, Mom & Pop places!

    1. Oh YES!!!! We ate at Central and Rendezvous and I wish I’d had room in my belly and time in our day to eat MORE!! :-)
