I tired of salads every day for lunch right around the new year. I’ve been loving this for something a little different. I cook the whole bag of farro on Sunday and boil the eggs. It makes prep so much easier during the week and I’m less likely to just have a brownie for lunch.
Daddy-O has made tabouleh for as long as I can remember. Our Publix stopped carrying tabouleh so Daddy-O picked up a box for me at WalMart. I make it just like the box instructs and it is delicious! I need to stock up at WalMart because this one lasted in the fridge about 2 hours before the boys devoured what was left.
Is anyone else ready for the weekend?! I have been dealing with a trip FRAUGHT with issues for a month (not Disney) and it has taken it’s toll… I am so excited to be headed out of town for the long weekend and leaving this mess behind for a few days.
