I recently read The Other Woman by Sandie Jones. I didn’t read the back of the book and went into this one blind. In the end, that worked in my favor because I had no idea what was happening for a good ways into the book. When I figured it out I thought WOW! This IS twisted. I definitely recommend this one as a beach bag thriller. It’s a quick and easy read and different from what I thought it would be.
If you want to go in “blind” don’t read this spoiler…
HE LOVES YOU: Adam adores Emily. Emily thinks Adam’s perfect, the man she thought she’d never meet.
BUT SHE LOVES YOU NOT: Lurking in the shadows is a rival, a woman who shares a deep bond with the man she loves.
AND SHE’LL STOP AT NOTHING: Emily chose Adam, but she didn’t choose his mother Pammie. There’s nothing a mother wouldn’t do for her son, and now Emily is about to find out just how far Pammie will go to get what she wants: Emily gone forever.
What’s on your bedside? Bonus points if it’s too good to put down! I need to set up a new wait list at the library. I’m reading a Karin Slaughter book and, sadly, it isn’t keeping my attention like they usually do.

DIXIE DELIGHTS DELIVERED
I just read Woman on the Edge by Samantha Bailey. It’s in that woman-focused thriller genre. Might be one to add to your list. 🙂
I just finished Behind Closed Doors (B. A. Paris), and have just started My Dear Hamilton. Enjoying it so far – historical fiction being my favorite. xo
I loved both of those books!
I will have to try this one next! I loooved The Wife Between Us! It is a must read if you haven’t read it yet!
I have read it!! SO good!
I just finished Never Have I Ever by Joshilyn Jackson…I’ve read a Lot of thrillers but this is the best one in recent memory…so good…lots of twists and turns….couldn’t put it down…
Oh gosh. Thank you!! Adding this to my list right now.
Big Lies in a Small Town by Diane Chamberlain has been one of my most recent favorites! I read it in one sitting, it was so good! I also loved Becoming Mrs. Lewis by Patti Callahan Henry- it’s a story about the wife of C.S. Lewis, who was writer herself. It took a few chapters to get into the story, but it was well worth it in the end!
I got this book at library from your recommendation and I read it in one sitting!! Couldn’t put it down! Heading to get another one of her books! I love discovering a different author that someone recommends.
