Trader Joe’s Ahi Tuna Crisps

I can always count on Trader Joe’s for yummy and easy appetizer ideas! These ahi tuna crisps were a big hit with my boys. Of course, they were scarfed down in about two seconds. They sure don’t savor the good things at these ages. :-)

I used the crispbread, with a smear of cream cheese, topped with the tuna. The pack of tuna really only made these four, so pick up a few if you’re serving a larger group.

I shared a couple other of my Trader Joe’s go-tos here:

I am so sad their pumpkin caramel corn didn’t come back this year. Other than that, I’m ready to kick all things pumpkin season into high gear.

I’d love for you to share your Trader Joe’s favorites!

  1. I just was there on Saturday. I picked up their pumpkin butter. It’s sooo good. Add a spoon to plain yogurt, to oatmeal, spread on toast. Delicious. Cauliflower Gnocchi is real good too.
