Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is arguably the most popular Mickey Mouse dining experience at the Walt Disney World resort! Who doesn’t love dining with characters with the monorail zooming over head?!
During your meal, you will meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy. They serve breakfast, brunch and dinner throughout the day and we have enjoyed all of them over the years. On our most recent trip, we dined at breakfast time to celebrate my neighbor’s 40th birthday!!
On arrival, a PhotoPass photographer orchestrates a picture of your party. Once seated, the characters all rotate by your table for hugs, pictures and autographs.
The birthday girl was presented with the cutest signed card for her celebration, in addition to a cupcake!
Chef Mickey’s is located in the Contemporary Resort, so it is a great option for guests staying on the monorail. As far as the food goes, my extended family all loves it! Again, this is a sought after restaurant so dining reservations are highly recommended. I frequently book this location for my clients and know that it books up quickly at all times of the year.
