Happy March from SUNNY Atlanta!!! The month came roaring in around here, but one of the first things on my list March 1 was to swap out Valentine’s Day for St. Patrick’s Day out front.
Honey hung my two Irish flag buntings, while I handled the door hanger and dogs. The whole thing takes about two minutes and we enjoy it all month long! I’m still working on paint colors for the exterior. I have about four million swatches pulled out. Once it warms up for a good stretch I think I’ll paint some on the house.
This winter I put small rosemary topiaries in the pots. Once we pass our last frost, I’ll move these to the garden and do ferns for spring through fall.
The Lucky shamrock from Bronwyn Hanahan is one of my very favorites. I know her shop has been closed for a while and, unfortunately, don’t know the story behind it.
At the friends entry I have a DIY Shamrock door hanger that Mother and I made eons ago. I hang this one with a command hook. My pansies over here look so sad. Again, I’m ready for spring and a refresh of all the pots!
