Our last day in port was spent at Royal Caribbean’s private island, Coco Cay. Our day started by being among the first off the ship. We dropped our stuff in chairs and headed straight to our port adventure – Swimming with the Pigs on Treasure Island!
After a short boat ride to the island, we met the pigs on the spacious dock area, featuring 180 degree views of the water. They were absolutely DARLING! I swear we might never get over how fun this was!
The group moved down to the beach and we had plenty of time to swim, hold, and give belly rubs! We couldn’t even believe how smart they are – sitting, nodding heads, etc.
This little piggy’s name is CeeCee!
And this one is Anna! They didn’t have an Elsa so we naturally made that suggestion. :-)
Everything about this adventure was perfection! It was my favorite day of all!
Back on Coco Cay, we had a perfect day! The adults relaxed here on the front row under the shade of an umbrella and sway of palm trees.
While all of the teenagers spent the day at Thrill Waterpark (additional fee.) They said it was fun, but lines reached over an hour!
The island was large and a lot of fun, with a variety of different beaches, lagoons and pool areas.
It was the perfect way to spend our last day aboard the Odyssey!
Royal Caribbean made for the perfect spring break trip for our group of 11 with 5 teenagers. The group had time to do things together, but also plenty of opportunities to do things as individual families. There are staterooms for a variety of budgets, which is perfect when dealing with a larger group. Royal Caribbean has a massive fleet of ships and all are not created equal. I am very excited to talk to my clients about Royal Caribbean and my family cannot wait to get onboard their newest ship, the Icon, ASAP!

Oh my gosh, that pic with y’all and the pig who looks like he is smiling is the cutest thing ever! I didn’t realize Coco Cay had a place that you could swim and interact with pigs. RC’s private island looks as nice as Disney’s private island, and I need to check it out. We took a Western Caribbean cruise years ago on Disney and loved Grand Cayman and Cozumel which was on our itinerary.
I’m pretty sure I would have lost a bet on you swimming with pigs! 😂🐖🐖🐖 🙌 Jane 🌴
Haha! My family was shocked.
