Across the shimmering waters of the Neptune Pool in Celestial Park, Atlantic is truly delightful. Designed to resemble a grand Victorian-style aquarium, this breathtaking restaurant combines immersive theming with elevated dining. I’ve dined in twice now, and am excited to provide this full review. Spoiler alert: Epic Universe is absolutely nailing the dining experience.
Aquaria Bar at Atlantic Restaurant
Anchoring the space is the Aquaria Bar, a gorgeous centerpiece serving equally stunning cocktails. Whether you dine during golden hour (our May visit) or after dark (our September visit), the restaurant is simply magical. It’s bright and sparkling at sunset and moody, elegant, and glowing once the park lights up for the evening.
The dining room is wrapped in all-glass paneling, offering stunning views of Celestial Park from nearly every seat. Overhead, illuminated fish and starfish “swim” above you, while metallic curtains sway softly, creating the illusion that you’re dining beneath the sea inside a massive aquarium.
Honestly, I can’t decide if which time of day I loved most. Both are specdtacular.
Atlantic serves fine dining seafood and steak with a Mediterranean-coastal flair. While seafood is the star, there are delicious non-seafood entrées and a solid kids’ menu, making it friendly for most groups. That said, this is one of the pricier dining locations in Epic Universe, so I do recommend previewing the menu to ensure it fits your group’s tastes and budget. Reservations will be needed and I will, of course, handle those for you!

- Ahi Tuna Tartare – Watermelon, avocado, cucumber, sesame seeds, truffle yuzu sauce
- Hearts of Palm Caesar Salad – Romaine, crispy parmesan, hearts of palm, focaccia croutons, black pepper dressing
Entrées We’ve Enjoyed:
- Bucatini alla Adriata – Shrimp, creamy tomato sauce, arugula, bacon herb breadcrumbs
- Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
Sip This:
- Northern Lights Martini – Beluga Noble vodka, limoncello, curaçao, lemon, butterfly pea blossom ice sphere, gold luster dust
Final Thoughts
I’ve dined at Atlantic twice now – once for an early dinner with dreamy golden hour views and again after dark with the park glittering outside – and both meals were fantastic. The décor is stunning, the food is elevated and delicious, and the service was wonderful both times.
Is it a splurge? Yes.
Is it worth it for a special night out at Epic Universe? Absolutely.
Between Atlantic and several of the other new dining concepts, Epic Universe is redefining what “theme park dining” can be and I am here for it!
