Happy Saturday, yall! I thought I’d pop in with my random musings…
Now that the weather is a wee bit chilly, it’s all soups, pastas and comfort foods around here. This penne with vodka sauce by Ina is totally amazing.
The Taylor Swift tour bus made an appearance at Coke when she was in town. I was able to make the day of three little girl friends with these cans.
Speaking of Coke, I adore the holiday Share a Coke bottles!!

It has been SO rainy and dreary for SO long that it’s really getting to me. At least I have cute rain gear. At least.
I picked these up at Home Goods. *Squeal* I think they will go on the settee in my breakfast nook. I’m so ready to decorate!
The baby has finished up his fall baseball season. He got a trophy and I got two divine cupcakes from my friend that bakes for the team. Win -Win.
I have gone through a bad phase of eating junk food for lunch and got back into salads last week. The thing about my salads is that I only eat a wee bit of actual salad with all my toppings. Yum!
I mentioned last week that I was mystery reader for the baby’s class. He was SO happy to “finally” have his mommy come (it’s only november!) I wore my Snow White costume and read Snow White (obvs) and his favorite (Chip and Dale at the Zoo). These are the days!
If you need me, I’ll be pulling together dinner for neighbors and trying to make progress on the powder room!!!!!!!

Your salad looks delicious! What kind of salad dressing do you use?
I just threw out the empty bottle or would look. It’s chilled in the produce section. Simply something, I think. It’s a light balsamic vin and is SO yummy! You really only need a little drizzle.
Ummm, I think we need to see a zoomed out shot of that Snow White costume! ;) How fun. Love the pillows, I saw some in a different colorway, but not the red. That’s my fave!
After 20 years in Seattle…I am so over the rain too. Maybe the fix is cute rain gear? I already have an array of umbrellas depending… Stay warm and dry!

Well, let’s see… the pasta, yummy! We had this last Monday & it’s definitely a keeper! I LOVE the quote. I saw it on IG & thought it was just perfect. This rain is about to drive me batty! Your rain gear is cute, but hopefully it’ll get a break by about midweek! The picture of CeeCee is amazing(!), the pillows are perfection (I adore plaid!), what a sweet treat the cupcake was! My salads look much like yours + I don’t even eat dressing :-). Mystery reader is so fun!
