I’m immeasurably saddened by the horror that has unfolded in Paris over the last day. I am so very sorry for the lives lost, the destruction left behind and the feeling of safety that has surely been lost for quite some time in France and at home.

I have been praying and thinking about this since late yesterday afternoon when I flipped on the television and realized what was unfolding in Paris. Horrible, cowardly acts being perpetrated on innocent people. It is sad and sickening.
