Our little Jay Bird turned SEVEN today!!!!!!!!!!! Well, technically he’s Sister’s Jay Bird, but I’d totally take him :-) We celebrated over a hibachi dinner but I failed to get a single pic. (This one is by the immensely talented Dalton Lane Portrait Co.)
If you have followed my blog for a while or if you know us in real life you’ll know that Jay came into this world earlier than expected and then spent the first six years of his precious life in and out of doctors. It’s Sister’s story to tell one day when she’s ready but I’ve asked for your prayers for him multiple times. I am so incredibly proud to say that on his seventh birthday he’s as healthy as a horse and as smart as a whip. He can dazzle any room with his fun personality and crazy ideas, and my whole family is SO thankful for this. He’s Cookie’s best friend in the world and I think it’s incredibly special that they have this relationship.
