Sister and I took CeeCee, Jay and Whit to see Roswell Dance Theater‘s Mary Poppins ballet this weekend! As an added bonus, they joined forces with Atlanta Dance Theater and we got to see Beauty and the Beast too. Both were entertaining, but Mary Poppins was just fantastic!! The dancers were extremely talented, the choreography was excellent and the show was enjoyable from start to finish. The kids sat on the edge of their seats the entire time, which speaks volumes. After having seen RDT perform the Nutcracker and now Mary Poppins, I thought I would share today as I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase tickets to their future performances. I think this is a great way to introduce kids to ballet without the hefty ticket price that often comes along with Atlanta Ballet shows.
I pulled out my Beast clutch for the occasion. I’ve had it for at least a year, but it is by Danielle Nicole and she has tons of cute Disney bags.
Of course, CeeCee immediately spied and had to carry it in. :-)
Sister and I decided that we will skip the Atlanta Ballet Nutcracker this year in favor of Roswell Dance Theater and take the younger boys as well as CeeCee!
