Summer will be here before we know it and the end of school year frenzy is already on us here in Georgia! Mother and I have reopened the Dixie Delights Shop with summer gift tags, camp note cards and our usual stationery, pens, notebooks, and jewelry.
Welcome to Summer Friend Treats
Throughout elementary school my boys have loved to give their school friends a little “welcome to summer” type treat at the end of the year. Some years this was organized by the teacher and other years we just sent it in on our own. I generally scout the dollar store for something to give and then create a tag to go with it. In past years I’ve shared the Hope Your Summer is a Scream tags on ice cream shaped bubbles…
… and Have a Ball this Summer tags on soft water balls. I’ve even added one for Have a SWEET Summer that’s perfect to tie to any sweet treat!
They come in sets of 25 for $10 and are ready to ship. (These are not personalized.) These can be found in the Holidays and Celebrations section of the shop.
Summer Camp Stationery
A couple of years ago bestie E asked me to design note cards for her girls to pack in their trunks, in hopes of receiving loads of letters home from camp.
I have girl and boy designs and can do matching personalized pens for all of them. The cards are flat and come with plain white envelopes. I think if my boys were campers I’d have to go on and address and stamp them to myself. HA! These are available in the Dixie Delights Shop under stationery.
Birthday Cards and Birthday Tags
I shared these last month but they are too cute not to give a round two.
First are enclosure cards or gift tags. We have been adding cash or a gift card to the little white envelope and wrapping it up with these DARLING, festive and yummy Birthday Cake candy bars from Trader Joe’s. The cards are available plain or personalized.
When I can’t find the candy bar in stock, we go this route. It is a 5×7″ (ish) sized card printed front and back with an envelope attached to the front. It is the perfect size for a gift card or few bills. It also includes the white outer envelope. These are not available personalized.
