I’ve always been a fan of crime, suspense and thrillers and Jeffrey Deaver is one of my favorites. I also enjoy a good heroine, and Kathryn Dance fits the bill for me. My most recent read of his was XO: A Kathryn Dance Novel.
It was a page turner and I particularly enjoyed all of the country music behind-the-scenes detail. I figured it out a little earlier than I would have liked (maybe 90% sure, haha) but it was still good to the last page. This isn’t a scary, pull the covers all the way up and jump out of your skin at every noise in the house kind of book. Rather, just a good old murder mystery.
