My neighbor A, horse lover through and through, celebrated the big 4-0 with a derby party! It was a casual affair, but I couldn’t resist a fascinator and was excited that many others opted for one as well.
The evening was full of mint juleps, dollar bets on the ponies and lots of fun with the neighbors and the birthday girl’s friends and family. I’m sad to report that I have one sole pic from the night.
And, if you’re looking for a super cute fascinator on shoestring budget, I found mine on Amazon with prime shipping for $13! It had both a headband and an alligator clip. If you’re more of a horse hat type of gal, that too can be found on Amazon. :-)
