We spent our first day in Savannah shopping for a few last minute, local gifts. Both of these are great options that you mus visit on any Savannah trip!
Capital Bee Company
Capital Bee Company‘s adorable honey bar and gift shop is located at the end of Broughton Street, close by other retail and dining favorites in the historic district. In fact, the owner Thomas is my parent’s neighbor!
Byrd’s Cookie Co
I’ve written about Byrd’s many, many times and it is still at the top of my list for local Savannah gifts. My favorites are the Scotch Oatmeal, Key Lime Coolers and Benne Wafers, but all are fantastic. The shop itself is located in town, outside of the historic district, but you can find the cookies in other local gift shops around town.
With those two stops, I could cross Christmas shopping off of my list!! Four sleeps till Christmas!
