Happy Hour {French Martini}

For those of you that don’t drink gin, I expect you’ll be excited that I took a brief break from the Empress. :-) This week’s cocktail is the French Martini. It’s light and lovely! I’m not a regular martini drinker and don’t even really like a cosmo, but when I saw this recipe and had all the ingredients on hand I was intrigued!

French Martini

• 2 oz. vodka
• 1.5 oz. pineapple juice
• .5 oz. chambord liqueur
• pinch of salt

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all cocktail ingredients and shake. Pour into chilled glass.
