Today we’re headed to the charming streets of the United Kingdom in Epcot’s World Showcase.
I could wander the World Showcase for days, soaking up all of the lovely details, delightful shops and stunning gardens.
Last month, I dined at Rose & Crown for only the second time (the last being July 202). It’s a perennial guest favorite and one that consistently receives great reviews. Both of my visits were wonderful and, if there weren’t SO many places to try, I’d eat here on every trip.
Be sure to take a few minutes to check out all of the art and wall hangings. They make me feel like we are dining in a British countryside pub!
I absolutely recommend starting with the United Kingdom Cheese Platter and a Golden Imperial Pint or Cider & Blackcurrant Imperial Pint. The Scotch Egg is also quite tasty.
The fish and chips are Rose and Crown’s signature dish. It is served with tartar and malt vinegar. Yum!! They remind me so much of the semester I spent at Oxford. The bangers and mash were equally as tasty and, to be honest, are my favorite of the two.
In addition to inside seating, you can also dine on the lovely patio overlooking the World Showcase Lagoon.
I’ve yet to bring my boys here and it is high on their list! No matter how many times we go, there is something new to see, do or expereince.
