Early last spring we hired a local landscaper to update our front beds since most of our foundation shrubs were diseased. Well, they managed to tear almost everything out – even things we didn’t want removed – and failed to replace most as promised. Needless to say it was not a good experience. By the time we were able to break ties with them it was too hot to start over with someone new. And so, our beds sat mostly empty for almost a year. When we learned a friend of John’s dad was in the business we contacted him right away. We couldn’t be happier with how the yard looks! We stuck with our green and white color scheme, and now have right-sized, healthy plants along our front beds. He was also able to move the few things the last guy did add to places that made more sense. We loved that he kept everything healthy and only added what was necessary. John pressure washed our driveway and sidewalk last weekend and everything is looking so nice as we kick off graduation month and all the fun and fanfare.

Happy May, y’all! I will admit, I shed a few tears into my coffee this morning. I can’t believe John graduates this month.
