I always love to see what Whit will come up with for his birthday dinner… this year it was a jaunt into town to dine at Wagyu House! This gorgeous rooftop restaurant is a prix fixe spot featuring all you can eat meals with the sushi and wagyu being the stars of the show.

Once you are seated, the all-you-can-eat premise is explained. You pick your tier of meat (quality + quantity) for the table. You do meat and some side dish ordering on an i-pad. You can order every 7 minutes, I believe, for 90 minutes. Whit thought this was great fun! We basically turned that over to him and enjoyed whatever he ordered. You’re also set free for a buffet type area, juice bar and ice cream station.
The wagyu is brought raw and you cook it at the table. Other dishes come out prepared.
Overall I thought the food was ok but not exceptional. The boys LOVED the concept and quantity of food. We all thought it was a really neat experience. The views of Atlanta are phenomenal.
I love that Whit is always introducing us to new things!! This one was a great way to celebrate his sweet sixteen!
