I love to set a pretty table for Sunday Supper, and February is always a fun excuse to pull out a little extra pink, red, and hearts.

I usually try to take photos in the early afternoon, but time got away from me this day. I ended up shooting in the late afternoon sunlight streaming through the windows. While I’m not sure it always translates perfectly on camera, it is one of my favorite times of day. Everything feels warmer and cozier, and honestly I think these turned out prettier than I expected.

One thing I always like to mention when sharing tablescapes is that I already had almost everything you see here. I only say that because social media can sometimes make it feel like you need to buy brand new seasonal decor for every single holiday. Over the years, I have simply collected pieces I love that can work for many different occasions.

The linens, white china, crystal, silver, and candlesticks all came from our wedding registry. The rose bowl was my grandma’s and is one of my most treasured pieces.

I added the bow plates to my collection a few years ago and reach for them often. The red works beautifully for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Fourth of July, and so many other occasions. When I originally chose our white everyday china, I planned to dress it up with different salad plates, and it has been such a fun thing to build on over the last 24 years.

I’ve had the heart pillow for years. It used to always go in the kitchen and moved right next door when we re-did the space.

And with that, our little Valentine’s mini tour wraps up. Hope your day is sweet.
