It’s been a flurry of Christmas activity over here lately. We entertained all weekend and I this Christmas Cranberry Mule was a huge hit. It’s really easy, delightfully cute and quite tasty. I mixed it up in a pitcher by just multiplying the ingredients times four so it was not a fussy cocktail to serve.
Christmas Cranberry Mule
8oz ginger beer
1T cranberry juice cocktail
2T lime juice
3T vodka (1 shot)
Lime slices, fresh rosemary springs, and Pom seeds
Mix all ingredients over ice and garnish.
The festivities have continued all week long with class parties and a neighbor gathering tonight!
