The Oyster {Uptown Acorn Guest Post}

I am taking a day off of the blog and turning the reins over to one of my very very very best friends… Ron of Uptown Acorn!  Pop on over to his blog for many more good things.

Throughout my blog writing history (1.5 years), it is no secret that I have been fascinated by my favorite bivalve mollusk, the oyster shell. From home accessories to beach decor, the oyster shell has gone from the driveway to the insides of homes and beach houses all over the country. The oyster shell has become chic.

I am so happy again to be guest posting on my dear friend Amanda’s blog today, Dixie Delights.

I have consolidated my many oyster shell posts into one for her readers. Like Amanda, I am smitten with the oyster shell. I hope you will befriend me too.

WOW! I did not realize that I wrote so many posts about the oyster shell. I agree with many of my followers. I may have to change my name to the Uptown Oyster. LOL!
Thanks, Amanda for allowing me to guest post today.

I love oyster shells, y’all!

  1. I love your oyster shell wreath!! My sister in law made me a pretty Christmas angel out of an oyster shell one year and it is one of my favorite ornaments. Thanks for sharing your oyster treasures.
