We drove down to Savannah to spend Christmas week with my family Sunday morning!! Before ten people moved in for the holiday, I scurried around snapping pics of Mother’s lovely decorations…

It seems like I can never get a pic of all of the bedrooms! Maybe next year :-)
I hope y’all are having a great Christmas week so far!!

I can see where you get your eye for decor from. Lovely. I see many similar things to your lovely home. Merry Christmas.
Thanks so much for sharing your Mother’s beautiful Savannah home Amanda, I can see where you get your classy style! Just last week I inherited this same Christmas village from my Aunt and have been wondering how to display it in my home, this gives me some great ideas! Merry Christmas!!
Simply stunning! Thanks for the tour! I especially loved the one with your baby on the piano! I think my favorite is the amaryllis pillows on the couch and the way they pick up the wall color. Gorje!
Do tell about the Starbucks gift card wreath!
Isn’t that the cutest thing?!?! She made it out of different Christmas gift cards from Starbucks – just glued onto a flat wreath form she found for $4!! I LOVE it over her little coffee station.
Such lovely Christmas touches! Thanks for sharing Mother (and Amanda)! xo
Christmas in Savannah is always fun. I have so many memories of Christmases there when my kiddos were little and my inlaws opened their home to us! One Christmas it was so warm we went out on my Brother in Law’s boat! And then one magical winter there was snow in Savannah. We were driving down and the snow began to fall in Metter and we were praying we would get there in one piece!! Your mother’s house is lovely but then I know you got some of your decorating skills and taste from Mama. Have a very Merry Christmas and go to Leopold’s and eat some ice cream for me.
How beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your parents’ classic home again. It is spectacular and much care and time when into it, all with wonderful memories, I’m sure. There are so many touches that I love…her gorgeous gingerbread house on silver, the white wreath, your pink room, the playful display of gift wrap in the umbrella crock, among so many. This tour is going to take two cups of coffee this morning just to savor all the fabulous details! May your family’s love and laughter fill their home, once again, with the warmth of Christmas. God bless you all.
Jane, thank you for the kind words. May your New Year be the best. Love, Amanda’s Mom
