Traditional Home is only one of my favorite reads… ever. I mean, I have it down to three mags that I devour every month and this is one of them. If you’re like me, you probably look forward to their “New Trad” up-and-coming designer search each and every year. Well, this year I am giddy to say that my friends Lance and David of Parker Kennedy Living are in the running!!! They are SO very talented and simply epitomize the term “new trad”, in my opinion. Not to mention, Lance is Savannah College of Art and Design alum :-)

I’ve gathered some of my very favorite Parker Kennedy Living rooms for y’all to feast your eyes on today. Their signature “preppy on the edge” interiors are fresh while maintaining a deep-rooted interest in the traditional.
As if their work doesn’t speak for itself, I also want to say that Lance and David are good people. There’s nothing that makes me happier than seeing friends succeed.

Oh I just LOVE Lance and David’s gorgeous rooms! I wish I could have them design the condo I recently purchased! So far I have had the nasty carpeting, ugly kitchen and baths taken out. Everything is freshly painted (with some of your paint colors), new interior and exterior doors are installed, so now I have a blank canvas just waiting to be loved. My niece is currently attending SCAD :-)
Those boys are so talented! Thanks for the heads up–I’ll be on my way to vote now.
