Essential Oil DIY Roller Bottles

I shared back in October that I had been “dabbling” in doTERRA essential oils for about a month. I lean heavily on my friend Ashley and her resources (contact info all at the end), and have taken this step by step as a need presents itself rather than trying to dive in head first. Which brings me to what I wanted to share today…

FLOOM Roller Bottle

Shortly after my initial post, I woke up with a sore throat that I knew was signaling the beginning of cold season. From following Ashley, I was inspired to make my very first roller bottle for immune support, called FLOOM. I had everything on hand already and thought why not?! Did it cure my ailment? I have no idea. But, since it only lasted two days I like to think it shortened the duration and lessened the symptoms. I continue to use it at the first sign of any sort of cold and have yet to have a full blown winter cold so that is a win.

  • 5 drops Frankincense
  • 10 drops Lemon
  • 5 drops Oregano
  • 10 drops On Guard
  • 10 drops Melaleuca

Combine all of this in a 10ML glass roller bottle and fill with fractionated coconut oil. Apply it to your feet and neck throughout the day.

Deep Blue Roller Bottle

This roller bottle came to fruition when training for my half marathon. My hips and knees started aching when I reached 8+ miles. I had the deep blue oil in my family starter kit and decided to make my own icy-hot type concoction. I loved it so much and used nearly the entire bottle during my training. I put it on before leaving the house, and then again after finishing up and showering. Also, Mother fell down my stairs last weekend and she said this blend was extremely soothing on her ankle and bruises.

  • 10 drops Deep Blue
  • 10 drops Peppermint
  • 10 drops Copiaba

Combine all of this in a 10ML glass roller bottle and fill with fractionated coconut oil. Apply where you feel pain.

I purchased my roller bottles from doTERRA, but these look like a great alternative.

All of my oils are doTERRA. See below.

I labeled the bottles with gold adhesive vinyl and my cricut. (Cricut Explore Air 2 | Siser permanant adhesive vinyl)

I also bought and labeled bottles for counter and glass spray a few weeks ago but have yet to fill them. I will share that when I do!
