For today’s installment of the Best of the Blog, I am sharing my top five recipes!

Ice Cream Sandwich Sundae Cake

I first made this one night when we were entertaining a few families with a crew of boys. It was a HUGE hit and is the most requested dessert at my house. It is really easy, perfect for summer and feeds a crowd. As a bonus, here’s a mint chocolate chip version I made as a spin off… Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake.

Honey Butter Rolls

This is another semi-homemade hit around my house. I’m noticing a trend here… :-) These rolls are absolutely delicious and negate every needing to try making your own dough again. Mother and Daddy-O now serve them when they entertain and always report back with rave reviews as well.

Best Banana Bread

I’ve tried a LOT of banana bread recipes over the years with all sorts of ingredients. This one is hands down the winner and I will never try another one again!

Shepherd’s Pie

I originally made Shepherd’s Pie for John’s class a couple of years ago when I did a presentation on Ireland.  Well, much to my surprise and delight, not only did my own two kids LOVE it, but the entire class did.

Our Favorite Chicken Enchiladas

These honey lime flavored chicken enchiladas are delicious! They do take a bit of time to prepare, so plan accordingly.
