It’s been a little while since chatting about essential oils here, but I still love them and continue to integrate them into various parts of our lives. I shared back in January that I had purchased these glass spray bottles to use for cleaning. Well, after finally finishing my existing bottles of counter spray and windex, I decided to replace them with natural options!
doTERRA On Guard Multi Purpose Cleaner
doTERRA On Guard Cleaner Concentrate is designed to be the ideal natural cleaner. It is fortified with the proprietary doTERRA blend of Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils, which provide natural protection against certain environmental factors while elevating the overall cleaning capability. I mixed it in a 16-oz. spray bottle using 2 T. concentrate and the rest distilled water. The bottle provides different ratios for multi purpose cleaning, bathrooms, dishes and tough jobs. Lemon Essential Oil Glass Cleaner
I am so pleased with how this glass cleaner has been working for me. I have puppy nose prints all over my front door and den window and feel like I am cleaning them daily. (Anyone else??) You’ll need:
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/4 cup warm distilled water
- 10 drops lemon essential oil

I have made a few more roller bottles since my last post in January, and am IN LOVE with a diffuser blend of 6 drops lemongrass, 4 drops eucalyptus and 2 drops lavender. It’s been going in my den for a month straight!

I just finished Where the Crawdads Sing and I’m about 2/3 of the way done with Daisy Jones and the Six and they are both REALLY good.
Similar to the blend you mentioned, I’ve been doing 4 drops lemongrass, 2 drops tea tree, 3 drop rosemary and 2 drops lavender. The blend also calls for 1 drop myrtle and citronella but I don’t have those. But it really freshens and purifies the air in the house.
