With my boys headed back to school, the last week of July always has me plotting for a wonderful kick off. Since John started Kindergarten NINE years ago, I have welcomed them home on the first day with a special snack. Inspired by my “theme” of “Rolling into School” for 2019, I made up a simple dice game conversation starter. Otherwise, they would shovel down the food and bolt without sharing anything about their days. I’ve learned this the hard way. :-)
