I worked on this little project this summer and am so excited to share it with y’all! You know how I love my door hangers and I couldn’t resist adding a special graduation one to my collection. I figured I should work on it now so I can get more use out of it during the year AND have it done before the craziness of spring hits.
I started with a blank wooden door hanger from Craft Kraze on Etsy. She typically customizes with your school colors, name, year, etc. but I did a more generic hat so I could reuse it for Whit down the road.
With removable adhesive vinyl, I used the cricut to cut out his name, school logo and grad year.
Ribbons in his school colors were the finishing touch!
And, of course, the dogs were done up to match. Speaking of ribbons, I bought huge spools of his school color ribbons on amazon before his freshman year and just did the same for Whit. If you like to do cutesy things, I recommend it!
