Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel Hotel

As its name suggests, Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel pays tribute to MARVEL Super Heroes and the artists who created them. Honey is a huge Marvel fan and he thinks one of the most unique and compelling part of this hotel is the tributes to the artists – he said its something we never see in the states!

This four-star hotel offers premium comfort and personalized services, while celebrating the culture and vibrant energy of New York City, styled as an iconic art gallery.

With more than 350 pieces of artwork on display, spanning both comics and movies, Disney Hotel New York is home to one of the largest collections of MARVEL artwork in the world.

At Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, the guest experience is taken to the next level with a holistic, 360-degree approach to storytelling and exclusive experiences including a Selfie Spot with Spider-Man at the Super Hero Station, a creative space for little ones called Marvel Design Studio, and the Hero Training Zone, an outdoor field with dedicated areas for a variety of sports activities to be enjoyed by guests of all ages.

Hotel New York is located just about two minutes from Disney Village. Once inside security for Disney Village, you can then move freely between there and the two theme parks, both of which are about an 8-10 minute walk. It’s a fantastic location.

We stayed in a king bedded room that continues the theming of the resort. Everything was spacious and comfortable, with all the modern amenities.

Manhattan Restaurant

Served under the chandelier of Asgard, located inside the Art of Marvel Hotel, exquisite dishes created from the freshest produce conquer anyone’s palate at Manhattan Restaurant. After a week of primarily French food, I was thrilled to eat Italian. It was delicious and just what I’d been craving.

Skyline Bar

Skyline bar is just off the lobby and is a wonderful Disney lounge. The view makes you feel like you’re overlooking Avengers Tower from the top of a skyscraper, and the drink menu is interesting and unique.

Bleeker Street Lounge

Bleeker Street Lounge is another great space offering craft beers, organic wines, soft drinks and coffees. A menu of light bites is also available at this hip loft-style hangout.
