Well, it’s been quite some time since I’ve pulled together a Sunday Supper even remotely worth blogging about. This one was SUPER easy, makes a ton and was totally delish!!
The blackberry jalapeno pork cooks all day in the crock pot and we served it with a side of brown rice (add the juices) and steamed broccoli. It’s not at all spicy, but I did remove all of the seeds from the jalapeno. Oh, and it’s gluten free to boot!! I’m always on the look out for delish options for bestie M. We’re headed to mass and then probably doing yard work this afternoon. It’s bad out back.
