Hello, Dixie Delights readers. I was thrilled when Amanda asked me to guest post for her while she and her sweet family are on Fall Break. I adore Amanda and her fabulous sense of style, and love following along as she raises her two young southern gentlemen.
A little bit of background. I, along with both of my daughters, have been diagnosed with food sensitivities and autoimmune conditions. So with that comes a lot of dietary restrictions. Rather than dread cooking and food in general, we have decided to dive into our kitchens and get creative. I love finding new recipes via cookbooks, cooking magazines and my favorite, Pinterest and then sharing them with my readers.
I am sharing a recent one with you today. My youngest was recently advised to go Dairy-Free by her physician. Add in the fact that she can’t eat eggs, gluten, soy and for a short time is on a yeast free diet, creating dinner can be a challenge. However, this recipe was simple to prepare and full of flavor. A winner in our book.

Great recipe, Lauren – my boys would probably love that! Enjoy your weekend!
