The Greatest Showman {Free Printable Art}

I shared last week just how much I loved The Greatest Showman.  I’ve had the soundtrack on since the minute I walked out of the theater – in the car, while folding laundry and everything in between.  Not only are the singing, dancing, scenes, costumes and characters amazing, but the movie is full of so many messages delivered in fantastic quotes.  I took my favorite three last week and made them into printables!  I didn’t know at the time that my printer was out of ink, so I finally have them all printed, framed and up around the house.

I think this one is my favorite.  It is something I have to remember myself at times and something I have (not so) eloquently tried to teach my boys as well.

You don’t need everyone to love you.  Just a few good people.

I cannot get this song out of my head.  It is my favorite on the soundtrack!  It sounds silly, but I feel like this when I go to bed.  I also love the part where it talks about a house where every room inside is filled with special things just to make us smile.  I hope that is just the kind of home my boys might remember growing up in one day down the road.  <3

Every night I lie in bed, the brightest colors fill my head.  A million dreams are keeping me awake.  I think of what the world could be, a vision of the one I see.  A million dreams is all it’s gonna take.

This last one I thought was a particularly good reminder for the one in middle school so I pinned it to his board on his desk.

No one ever made a difference by being like everyone else.

The last time we chatted about the movie I mentioned wanting to read a book about Barnum.  Well, Mother was so intrigued that she did as well.  As we feared, he is not quite the man that was portrayed in The Greatest Showman.  Soooo…. I’m going to skip that read and just remain blissfully uplifted by the “inspired” version delivered in the movie.

Happy hump day, y’all!

  1. I loved the movie to, so much so that I saw it twice. I was enamored by Barnum’s story, but after giving it some thought, I decided that I may have been more enamored by Hugh Jackman. Either way, I’m sure Barnum was hard working, creative,loved his family, and was full of never ending ideas.

  2. I could have written this post!! Thank you for the printables! Seriously there are so many good quotes and messages! I am looking for a book that is basically the greatest showman wrapped up in a book!
