It’s been a sloooow start back this January and I don’t mind at all. We had our big snow event last week and then enjoyed another free 1.5 days off school this week! That said, we haven’t seen even a smidge of snow here – just BITTER COLD!
We spent our s{NO)w day snuggled up on the sofa drinking copious amounts of Hot Chocolate and just being general slugs.

Meanwhile, in Savannah it snowed like I don’t ever recall it snowing!! Marme was so sweet to dig up this photo of my first Savannahs now at 10 months old in January 1977. I love my parents and my childhood and when she finds these little gems. <3

In Auburn, John was thrilled to catch his second snow day of the month!

Did it snow where you are? I’m not one to wish away a single day here, but I could really go for some warmer weather right about now. :-)

Yes! We had two snows in two weeks! Talk about excited, I sure was. Probably won’t see any again for 10 years. I’m in Georgia, my brother is about 200 miles south from here in Panama City, Fl and he got 13 inches! We only got an inch! Not fair! Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Take care and keep warm.
Yes, we had about 15 inches in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We missed 3 days of school and some of our back roads were still icy due to the single digit temperatures for the week. It sure was pretty to see.
I live in Fort Walton Beach and in all my 64 years, never have I seen such snow. It was just crazy. I am ready for the warm temps back now. War Eagle.
I am about three hours south of you, and we got about 6 inches here. Unbelievable! We loved every second of our winter wonderland!
