After a couple of requests, I am going to attempt to compile all the things I cooked over Easter weekend!
For snacking….
- Spinach Artichoke Dip
- Sourdough Bread with butter and Lavender Honey
- Beck’s Crackers (with oyster crackers… mini Saltines would have been better)
- Creme de Menthe Brownies
- Chips & Salsa
- Helluva Dip & Ruffles

For breakfasts ….
- Breakfast bagels on the Blackstone – bagels, egg, cheese and bacon
- Breakfast Burritos – prepped in advance for Easter morning before mass
- Fruit



For meals….
- Steaks (Honey used his sous vide – I need to share details), asparagus and baked potatoes
- Sandwiches by the pool for a crowd

For Easter Sunday….
- Honey Baked Ham
- Deviled Eggs
- (another) Sourdough loaf (the boys LOVED IT!)
- Marme’s Twice Baked Potato Casserole
- Green beans (Sister brought)
- Honey butter rolls
- Green Salad with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- Bunny Cakelets
- Daddy O’s Blushing Mimosa (with champagne or sparkling grape juice or sparkling water)
- Tea, Lemonade and Hibiscus Syrup (Sister brought)
