After a long day of swimming and lacrosse, our Sunday Supper went super casual for pizza night at home!
Our main course was a grilled BBQ chicken pizza. You can find my recipe HERE. I used my homemade dough for this one and we cooked it on the Big Green Egg. The dough recipe and cooking instructions are HERE.
But the main event was a Golden Grahams S’mores Pizza!! General Mills sent me all the fixin’s for a Dad’s Day pizza night, but it was way to tempting to wait a whole week for!
Golden Grahams S’mores Pizza
5 1/2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup creamy almond butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg white
1 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
Large Hershey bar, broken into pieces
1. Heat oven to 375. Line 15x10x1″ baking pan (I used a pizza pan) with parchment paper
2. Using food processor, FINELY crush 5 cups of the cereal. (I don’t think mine was fine enough so it was kind of crumbly.) Mix melted butter, almond butter, brown sugar and egg white. Stir in crushed cereal until mixed well. Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly, and press firmly against bottom of pan. Bake 11 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and return to oven for 1 min. Remove and carefully spread chocolate over crust. Top with marshmallows and cook 2-3 minutes until soft. Remove and top with remaining 1/2 cup cereal and candy bar pieces.
4. In small bowl microwave remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips until melted. Drizzle over pizza. Use pizza cutter covered in cooking spray to slice.
It was ooey, gooey and really needed a fork, but it was yummy and we will definitely make again!!
While on the topic of pizza, another fun dessert pizza we’ve been crushing on is the Watermelon Cookie Pie!! MMMM…..
On another note, remember that Saturday night laundry I was headed off to do yesterday? Well, it is now Sunday night laundry with a very good chance of becoming Monday morning laundry. Things are getting dire around here :-)

I absolutely love BBQ Chicken Pizza… Hello yummy goodness however, your Smores Pizza looks pretty good too though!
Both pizzas sound delish – how could you go wrong with s’mores pizza?!
