Sun Valley {Konditorei Breakfast, Ski & Spa, The Ram Dinner}

Our last full day was just as full of magic and wintery fun as the others!

Sun Valley Idaho
Day 1: Arrival, Village Tree Lighting & Roundhouse Dinner

Konditorei Breakfast

The boys were up bright and early so I got to enjoy breakfast out with them before Honey had even cracked his eyes open. I can’t remember the last time it was just me and them. <3 We made the cold and beautiful walk to the village for breakfast at the Konditorei.

Sun Valley Spa

Having hung up my skis for another season (lol) I was off to the spa for the day. Gosh, it was gorgeous and serene. I read half of my book, relaxed and soaked in the mountain beauty.

I enjoyed a salt soak followed by a massage. Both were just delightful. Afterwards I enjoyed lunch in the cafe.

Meanwhile, Honey and the boys logged as many runs as they could!

Sun Valley Resort

Worn out and happy, the boys met me at the heated outdoor pool for a soak and drink!

Village Station

We cleaned up for the night and walked around the shops at the Sun Valley Village. We ended up at Village Station for their daily happy hour to tide us over until dinner.

The Ram Dinner

Our last dinner in Sun Valley was at Sun Valley’s original restaurant – The Ram, opened in 1937.

Our table wasn’t ready on arrival so we enjoyed drinks in Ram Bar. I just love that no matter were you turn it is Christmas lights, snow and magic! Once seated, we started with the fondue. SO GOOD! We loved ordering from their Heritage Menu, with this evening’s offering being the pork schnitzel. A grand pianist played Christmas tunes throughout our meal. And, the delicious ending was sipping chocolate and carolers right at the table.

We made the chilly walk back to the resort and I couldn’t help but feel completely mesmerized and charmed by this entire week.
