One of the biggest hits at the grad party was the candy board! It was absolutely wiped clean by the end of the event.

I used the long 6′ board Honey cut for me many years ago down the center of our island. Down the center of the board, I started with white dishes to spell out RAIDERS. I filled those with red, white and blue Hershey kisses Honey found at Costco.
Mother and I made and froze our favorite iced sugar cookies earlier in the month. They were easy to thaw out the day before. We added those in little piles around the board.
I stocked up on red and blue candy from Dollar Tree to fill in around the letter dishes. It was easy to do with these school colors.
Finally, I used these mini cookie cutters to cut out John, Michael and Carl from sour gummy strips of candy! I did this a couple of days before so they were easy to add to the board. It was the CUTEST touch and I won’t forget Michael’s excitement when he noticed their names. So sweet!
