Enchantment Resort: Che Ah Chi Breakfast
We took the most gorgeous walk over to The Lodge for our included breakfast at Che Ah Chi, and once again, we were completely dazzled by the views. Breakfast was delicious, and we all loved every bit of it. Copious cappuccinos with those red rocks as your backdrop? It felt almost surreal. I truly cannot believe I used to be the person who skipped breakfast on vacation. Ha!
Seven Canyons Golf Club
The boys were off to golf at Seven Canyons Golf Club, and it absolutely delivered. Tucked right into the red rock landscape, the course winds through dramatic canyon views with a design that feels both challenging and incredibly scenic. They came back raving about the immaculate condition, the peaceful setting, and even a little wildlife along the way. Both played well, Whit with four birdies and Honey with one, and said it is the kind of course you could happily play over and over again.
Enchantment Resort: Mii Amo Spa
Meanwhile, I did what I do best on vacation… I spent the entire day at Mii Amo Spa. There is so much to love about this experience. And yes, I realize I can only say “gorgeous views” so many times before you tire of me, but here we are again. It is just that beautiful.
I know many of you ask me about spa experiences, so here is my honest take. The facility itself is lovely, but the relaxation spaces and amenities like the sauna, steam room and hot tub felt a bit smaller and more basic than I expected. My intentional aromatherapy massage was good. Not one of the very best I have ever had, but absolutely enjoyable.
The real star is the spa pool. It is quiet, spacious, and truly perfect. I settled in for the entire day, ordering a divine drink from the juice bar and lunch from the Hummingbird Café right to my chair. It was one of those rare days where you fully exhale and lose track of time in the best way.
And one of my favorite little rituals, getting ready at the spa and trying all the products. Those were wonderful, and I loved every minute of it.
The Hudson Sedona
We regrouped back at our casita in the late afternoon for a quick siesta before heading out to dinner at The Hudson.
We knew it was going to be good when we saw the crowds gathered outside. Thankfully, we had a reservation and were seated right away. And the views… once again… absolutely out of this world. The service was warm and friendly, the food was excellent, and it was the perfect way to wrap up such a wonderful day.
