There’s not much on my mind these days that tops celebrating John and his friends in the class of 2024. As their beautiful announcements began to roll in, I knew I wanted a special place for them to enjoy throughout this special season.

I already had everything pictured in my stash. I use the eucalyptus garland often – on tables and mantles for various celebrations and occasions. This is six strands. I lightly braided together 3 and 3. I have 3 more that I’m going to put on my mantle on the porch. I tied them on to my railing with thin black ribbon so as to not damage the wood. (I do the same with Christmas garland.)

The ribbons are just knotted together and attached with green pipe cleaners. I ordered massive spools of each when John was a freshman and use them often. The cards are attached with mini clothes pins.

Sources – links include a variety of colors for ribbons:
- Set of 2 eucalyptus garland
- White mini clothes pins
- Red satin ribbon
- Royal satin ribbon
- Red stripe ribbon
- Royal stripe ribbon
Here’s to the class of 2024!

Love your railing decorations. Can you share where you found your step numbers? Thanks oodles.

I’ve had those for over 15 years. They are just vinyl stick on.
What an exciting time in your family’s life! Best wishes to your John!
